Community Terms & Privacy Notice

Atomic Gaming Collective is a community-first gaming collective hosted primarily on Discord.

By joining or participating in AGC, you agree to follow our community rules, Discord’s Terms of Service, Discord’s Community Guidelines, and any rules posted in our Discord server or on our website.

AGC exists to be a welcoming, low-drama space for gaming, events, trivia, giveaways, profiles, recognition, and real connection. Members are expected to treat others with respect, avoid harassment or disruptive behavior, and help protect the community atmosphere.

AGC staff may remove content, limit access, remove roles or rewards, or remove members when needed to protect the community. Supporter status, trophies, badges, boosts, donations, or long-time membership do not exempt anyone from the rules.

AGC may use Discord features, bots, forms, payment platforms, or other third-party tools to help operate the community. These may process basic community information such as Discord usernames, user IDs, roles, messages, profile details, event participation, XP, badges, giveaway entries, or moderation logs.

We do not sell member personal information. Information is used only to operate, protect, moderate, and improve the community.

Optional donations, boosts, memberships, or supporter perks help support AGC but are not required to participate. Perks may change over time and do not grant control over the community or immunity from rules. Payments are handled by third-party platforms, not directly by AGC.

Events, giveaways, XP, loot crates, badges, Atomic Credits, trophies, color roles, and other recognition systems are community features. Unless stated otherwise, they have no cash value, are not guaranteed, and may be changed, paused, or removed at any time.

AGC is an unofficial fan-run community. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord, Bethesda, Microsoft, Mojang, Bohemia Interactive, Studio Wildcard, or any other game developer, publisher, or platform owner.

Members are responsible for what they post, share, download, click, trade, or participate in. AGC is not responsible for lost game items, account issues, third-party services, Discord outages, bot errors, member disputes, or activity that happens outside AGC-controlled spaces.

If you have a privacy question, safety concern, moderation issue, or request related to your AGC profile or community data, contact AGC staff through Discord or any official contact method listed on our website.

AGC may update this notice as the community changes.
